When we own every layer — the mechanical chassis, VCU firmware, motor control algorithms, the navigation stack, and the operator terminal — we eliminate the integration breakpoints common in multi-vendor systems. A sensor firmware update should not break the positioning pipeline, and a motor control parameter change should not destabilize the path planner.
More importantly, full-stack self-development lets us respond to customer customization needs in days rather than months. Need a custom payload? We can adjust the VCU firmware. Need a dedicated navigation mode? We can extend the ROS 2 planner. Owning the complete stack means owning the speed of iteration.
