Product Overview
Transformer 1 is a variable-width unmanned chassis designed for varied dry-field operations and is a patented adjustable-width field machine. Multiple hydraulic mechanisms adjust the body continuously from 120-200 cm wide and 100-150 cm high for row-spacing and crop-height differences across regions and crops. One vehicle serves fields with multiple row widths and crops at different growth stages, overcoming the limited applicability of fixed-size vehicles and improving utilization and investment value. A 4WD shaft-drive architecture and reinforced fixed suspension provide strong, steady power and reliable, low-maintenance transmission. The vehicle clears 20 cm vertical obstacles and travels through dry-field furrows, ridges, and dirt roads for field work and transfers. Standard RF remote control lets an operator manage travel and work from a ridge or field edge without entering the crop, reducing trampling and direct pesticide exposure. The modular upper structure has standardized mounts for rapid changes between functions. A popular 200 L crop-protection sprayer includes a 6 m folding boom and 13 L high-pressure spray pump for even, wide-coverage spraying. Smart follow with ultrasonic stopping and obstacle avoidance is also available. The standard vehicle is remotely controlled, with interfaces reserved for an optional navigation kit supporting autonomous route following and path planning according to farm scale and operating method.
