Transformer 2 is a variable-width unmanned chassis designed for complex paddy environments and is a patented adjustable-width field machine. Multiple hydraulic mechanisms continuously adjust track width from 120-200 cm and body height from 105-140 cm for regional row-spacing differences and crop heights throughout the growing season. At 360 kg curb weight and 250 kg rated payload, it balances light field access and useful capacity while avoiding the limitations and weak paddy mobility of fixed-size vehicles. Its paddy-specific 4WD shaft drive replaces chains to reduce jamming, wear, and maintenance in mud.
