Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Pangolin AT-1 and our autonomous UGV technology.
Pangolin AT-1 is designed for unstructured and challenging environments. With its four-wheel independent floating suspension, it can traverse gravel, mud, slopes, ditches, and rough off-road surfaces. It is suitable for all-weather outdoor operations on paved roads, dirt paths, grass, and non-paved terrain.
Pangolin AT-1 supports three navigation modes: fully autonomous navigation with RTK/SLAM positioning, remote control mode for manual operation, and semi-autonomous mode. You can switch between modes with a single click on the control terminal.
The system features built-in positioning fusion algorithms that automatically and smoothly transition between RTK (outdoor) and SLAM (indoor) positioning modes. The vehicle can continuously operate across facilities, warehouses, yards, and outdoor areas without any manual mode switching required.
Yes. Pangolin AT-1 provides standardized hardware mounting interfaces (M6/M8 bolt patterns) and a ROS 2-based software SDK. You can integrate robotic arms, cleaning devices, inspection cameras, cargo boxes, and other peripherals. Peripheral control can be incorporated into the autonomous navigation system for unified, automated "navigate + operate" workflows.
Routine maintenance includes checking tire pressure, suspension fasteners, and drive components; cleaning LiDAR and camera lenses to ensure perception accuracy; and maintaining the battery at half charge during long-term storage with a recharge every 3 months. We also recommend regularly updating official firmware and navigation algorithms.
Pangolin AT-1 comes with a 12-month standard warranty, with core component coverage as specified in the warranty card. We provide lifetime technical support and software version updates. Custom modifications and industry-specific solutions are also available through our engineering team.
